Multimatic 200 setting question

What are the MIG C25 and C100 settings on the Multimatic setting dial for...are they referring to 25% CO2 versus 100% CO2 gas used?

C-25 means: 75% argon, 25%co2. C-100 means: 100% co2. C-25 is more expensive but yields cleaner results.
