as soon as i start cutting it trips the breaker? I've checked my settings and I'm running on a 20AMP receptacle and breaker? I may have skipped something in the manual...... any suggestions welcome thanks' dallas desantis

Make sure it's a dedicated 20amp circuit.
Unplug anything else on that circuit.
If it is try turning it down below max level on 120V
Just a longshot; have you cut on this particular circuit previously?
It could be wired as an arc fault interrupter circuit which will not run a plasma cutter

Apparently some models of the 625 run on 120, and some models don't. All depends on the serial#. Personally If the machine is autoline, then I'd trust it to work properly. So if you have a newer machine, lower the nozzle sizes. Maybe having a fault there.
