Don't really need an operators manual, just plug it into a 230 plug, get yourself some AC stick rods, some weld cable. and weld away. The turn style on top sets your heat, and the high low options are for rod size. It's not a Miller, by the way.

          Century..??.....

What you may be looking for are some guidelines to stick welding..

the machine itself is a pretty generic moveable core AC stick welder..

hope this booklet helps.. it is a free PDF download..

          and more resources..

(My first guess is that it was one of the ones made by "CENTURY" and oem'd under several brand names and colors over the years...
          or maybe by Mid-States Manufacturing??)

Are you sure it's not a Miller? I had a 1970 vintage Airco that was Miller.

ETA, I see the difference now. Mine was pre-Stinger II which IIRC was till made by Miller.

At any rate, it should be a good machine.

That might be made by Mid-States. I believe AIRCO eventually bought the company, probably for the Dip-Pak MIG welders. It does not look Miller style.
              Miller stuff:
              Dialarc 250 (1974)
              Syncrowave 250 (1992)
              Spot welder (Dayton badged)
