I have been having problems with my Miller Syncrowave 180 lately. I just testing the continuity on pins C, D, & E. The pot checks out, but wire C has a short, and looking into the plug I can see some severed insulation on the wire. I took the clamp off, but cannot figure out how to remove the pin or get inside the plug to correct the problem.

If anything C is OPEN, not shorted, What I would do is find the break and resolder the wire to the pin. Your not going to get the pin out without a tool, nor are you going to recrimp it without another $$ toolLast edited by cruizer; 08-26-2014, 10:07 AM.
