Passport Plus 120 volt issue

My Passport + no longer recognizes when it is plugged in to 120. No blue light, no nothing. Works fine on 240. Any solutions or thoughts?

Passport Plus 120 volt issue

Test your plug . If the back leg is loose than it will not run on 120 volts. When it is running on 230 you may in reality be on 120 through the one hot leg if that makes sense.

That or the board is STUCK in 230 and the board is hooped. Quite common on all the internally switchable 120/230 units, in all brands
