    Sync 210 mistake?

    From Miller's website: "Inverter-based power source"

    Did they mean to name the new Sync 210 "DIVERSION" or "MAXSTAR" 210?

    Seems Miller has a legacy of these machines as transformer/rectifier type machines not inverters. Why call it a Syncrowave?

    It is not the flagship... that would be a Dynasty.....it IS a workhorse machine with feature expansion capability not a hobby duty machine like a Diversion.... could not be a Maxstar because it is AC/DC and Maxstar is DC only...

    Think they got it right... SYNCROWAVE makes sense to me... offspring of a transformer/SCR Chopper turns out to be an inverter... Technology marches on..

      Syncrowave 200

      Just purchased a new in the box SYNCROWAVE 200. Hope it was a wise choice.

          I think the SW210 is the starting point of the entire SW line going inverter.
