How would be the best way to repair rusty holes in a older truck cab corner? Also, what if any type of reference books would you reccommend to use for auto body repair?

Cutting out the rusted sheet metal and replacing it is the only way to go. This , of course is made easier if there are repiar panels available for your model truck. There are some good references in the magazines such as "Classic Trucks" and "Custom Classic Trucks". Also check out www.brotherstrucks.com. What kind of truck are you doing? I doing a'56 Chevy. Most of the cab sheet metal work is done. Corners, cowls, floors, etc. I hope this helps.
