Acklands Grainger Welder N-250 help !

I bought this Acklands Grainger welder.
I was told Miller made this welder for Acklands Grainger ??
I wanted to wire it for 230v. From what I have read there are 'jumper links' that have to be positioned properly to match the input voltage.
There was 2 wiring schematics on the inside panel, one was a big diagram and the other was fairly small. I am not an electrician and I cannot make sense of these diagrams. I am unsure if these jumper links are set properly or not, there was fairly large cable connected to this welder. Anyone can help out ?

Looks like a Miller Dialarc 250...

It does appear that the links are already set for 230vac...

BTW... that is an exceptionally clean machine... the darned thing looks brand new!!
