Yup... a search for that number on Miller4less said it was superseded and sent me to other apparently discontinued parts..

Looks like you headed in the right direction already. If you can't find a parts machine, can you repair what you have or if you want a challenge build a new part? Otherwise it looks like you have a parts machine for sale. There is a working one on ebay just now but his "buy it now" price is way too high in my opinion. Good luck---Meltedmetal

I guess I'm lucky we have a older man that works on welders about forty miles from me and he keeps all the old welders so I have gotten parts from him.
So that's where I would look for someone like that in your area. I'm in Bryan tx . I doubt this old fellow would ship he's pretty ornery .

I really don't know. I guess it depends on how good a salesman you are and how much time you want to put into marketing. TSC has the Hobart Handler 140 mig on sale right now at about 450.00. It will also depend on the demand. You could check out ebay or kijii and see what's happening there to get an idea.---Meltedmetal

                    Gentlemen,

We are currently in the process of getting this part number re-instated. The diecaster that made these closed and we had to recover the die, locate another diecaster and a machine shop to machine them. It is going to take some time but they will be available in the future.

I heard a horror story about an outfit that had a heck of a time getting back their $$,$$$ die back from a defunct plastic molding shop. It was like an episode of "Mission Impossible".
                      Miller stuff:

I appreciate all the help. Though my dilemma has not been solved. I would like to think that a tool company as big and great as Miller, Will provide me with some better help.

It is a 12-15 year old machine.... and Miller is in the process of putting the part back in production.... All companies have supplier hiccups... but Miller is actively working to resolve this one..
That sounds pretty responsive to me... what do you expect?? Room Service??..

Why don't you post a picture of the broken part? I'd be willing to bet one of the guys here can figure out a fix.
