I have a millermatic 210 and I have a spool gun for it. The drive rolls on both the spool gun and the regular mig gun have stopped and do not feed the wire on either gun. I have checked the CB1 circuit breaker (drive roll breaker according to the manual)and it is fine. I still have power to the wire because it arcs when I touch the work peice and the gas solinoid still opens and sends gas to the guns. Any ideas of the next place I should start checking. Thanks. I have never been without a welder before, I feel kind of naked and lost.LOL

Thanks. Is there a miller part # for these items or would a miller parts guy know what Q11 and PC1 is. How hard is it to change these items. Is it something that a technician needs to do with special tools. I have a buddy that is an electrician that works on all kinds of computerized mining equipment that could do it.

I have a buddy at work that works in the radio shop and works on and fixes motorola radios. I couldn't find the part # for the Q11 but through several hours of searching on the net I believe I found the part # for the PC1 control board. Is miller part # 204807, the PC1 board for the millermatic 210 and is it a plug and play item.

You have to look at the physical part Q11, get the number off it, then venture over to NTE.com and get a cross reference for it. Because your not into electronics, I didn't suggest it. Of course your NOT going to find that part listed ANYWHERE on the Miller site.
Anywhoooo, merely order the board from:www.miller4less.com

Well I talked to a miller tech today in Appleton WI and he give me a simple test to try which pointed straight to the control board as the problem. He confirmed the miller part #204807. It is ordered and I should be back in business soon. It was that easy.
