Hi Guys;
We recently purchased a Dynasty 350 from Miller. At this point, we would like to start integrating it into our manufacturing environment by using the Sequencer/Automation features of the unit.
In essence, we have a 1.5" diameter weld in 304L stainless that we'd like to automate via a rotary positioning table. From our manual experiments we think that approx. 2-3 RPM (20-30 seconds per weld) would be our magic number.
Based on our research it appears we need the Automation Interface Connection Kit (Part # 195516) from Miller. Can someone explain how the final configuration would look like and how the interface between rotary table and Dynasty works? Maybe even recommend a rotary table to hookup to the Miller?
Cheers,
Chad
