I don't think this machine is what your after. It does not have AC output for aluminum and is probably shy on amperage for your needs.

Yeah I checked it out on the miller website before I posted but I didn't download the spec sheet because of the low connection speed I have but thanks for the info. I guess I'm going to have to stick with the 250.
