I was not at the Iola car show but I did find the info you were looking for on the off-road car. I'm not sure if they'll sell their plans to you but it never hurts to ask.

We will be welding another one of these carts together in our booth at the EAA convention next week.

I will be working the EAA booth on Wednesday July 30th maybe I'll see you there.
