    Hello Jeff,
I have a little bad news for you. There are no multiple spot attachments available for our spotwelders. And to top that off our spotwelders are not designed to weld brass at all. You may want to check with Automation International, they specialize in larger spot welding equipment that may be able to address all of your application issues. You can reach them at (217)446-9500. Hope this helps you out.

    Spot welding

We are using a Miller MSW-417 resistance spot welder to place 8 spot welds on a 1.25" wide x .016" thick soft tempered brass ring to close the ring ends. Our timer is set for 0.5 sec. The welds are placed in a checkered board pattern approx 1 1/2" long. The purpose of the welds are to hold the brass ring together before it is riveted to an insert for inside of a fire fighters helmet. My question is, does Miller offer a welding tip that would have multiple points to allow us to decrease the time it takes to place the 8 welds? Thank you.
