  • Spot Welding

    Andy,
I bought a Millermatic 175 last year and I can't believe how easy it is to use. I have been restoring cars for years with the old school oxy/acetelene and stick methods. I need to do a lot of spot welding to replace quarter panels and floors in unit body cars. I bought Miller spot nozzles PN 176237 but not sure how to use them. I do fairly well just using my gun as is. but it looks like there might be an advantage to using the spot nozzles. How do I use them?

RENEW1.........ALSO AVAILABLE ARE THE 176239 INSIDE SPOT CORNER, AND 176241 OUTSIDE CORNER SPOT NOZZLE........THESE FIT THE M-10, M-15, AND H-10 GUNS........ WIRE SLIGHTLY RECESSED INSIDE NOZZLE, PLACE YOUR NOZZLE FLAT AGAINST WHAT YOUR WELDING MATERIAL AND SQUEEZE THE TRIGGER FOR APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF TIME...........THEY WORK PRETTY WELL....... HAVE SOME FUN WITH IT...........ROCK.........
