I can't remember which one is pm1, is that the input rectifier or output IGBT? What are you showing for input bus voltage on power up? Should be ~390VDC.

Yes was getting just about a little over 300v not close to 390 hey there's life out there. As the 50mt060ul boost buck modual seems not easy or cheap to come by I had a thought ha ha microchip mscsm120am31ctbling as a replacment for at least the 50mt060whtapbf yeah in know its not a plug an play situation the pins are in diffrent places but frankenmiller couple jumper cables lol hey nice to hear from yall

Whatever you do on the input rectifier, just be sure it's getting enough cooling. You could replace the low side chopper (boost module) with an IGBT and a high speed diode, though the snubbers on that board are tuned to the original components. Again, cooling may be an issue. I think the frankenmiller would need a much bigger box to fit discrete components with a reasonable life expectancy.

Vs gt 100a65uf vishey.tech.said this would do a better job and all the point you have stated how you doing i might have an mpt modual lined up.the correct one there really not avaliable in usa for some reason?? Would really go the way it came i m.working on second board did really massacre the original.you.can.see where thing go without the copper slab out.of the water the 45xp.oh its the new g friend light two no problems going. As to.where the 28v and 5v come from the invisible connection I take that 1st small.1 is 28.the main is?the last one is 15 pm2 is drop.to 5v pm3 is 28v total.guess herethen.goes thru freqency mod to the next one and so on to the pcm then it starts this not righrsorrta getting it missed sr1ummm

If you're talking about the transformer in the middle of the board, it provides most all of the power to every controller on that machine.

Thought that I wrote my though on how it works but it was unapproved prob wrong anyway not messing with.it then going back look when something happens be back oh that little max 43 really decent machine
