Yes it would be necessary to use a high frequency box such as our HF-251D-1 to tig weld aluminum with a Legend.

i am just geeting started in my own welding business and i have a question. is high frequency starter needed to tig weld aluminum? i am running my tig off of a miller legend. thanks for the input.
