  • What to do to fix buzzing by Thunderbolt

    Q. I own a Thunderbolt 225, and I weld solid motor mounts & bumper brackets, and built my garage with it. My question is it buzzes and I was wondering if there was anything I could adjust or what it may be? I'm well capable of replacing the part or adjusting it. Any suggestions? A. The Thunderbolt normally buzzes some, hence the term "buzz box". But if it is making an excessive amount of buzzing, the shunt blocks may be lose. There is an adjustment inside the unit. Your best bet would be to bring it to your Miller Service Station. It should be an easy fix.
