We run .052 boxes of wire in all the stations. There are 50 units to test. If we were using spools, I could weigh them. But we use big boxes of wire so this is not feasible. Do any of you know of a tool that can be attached to the feeder or inline some how to measure how many inches are used for given welds? I have a formula to convert feet to pounds - I just need to get that number first.
How about a WIRE & CABLE MEASURING METER???

they use them in hardware and electrical supply stores, so they cannot be very expensive..
