I have never gotten cut does that mean i am a better welder than you drpipe???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????? could it be that you arent the best?
All I meant by cut was on a large construction job welders are hired in a few in the start and they crew up hundreds and twords the end of job they scale back ,,, in my area I get the call first and I'm usually one of the last to get laid off .. By then I've already gotten several calls.. Guys it's real simple most of you that are hating on me don't weld pressure piping 100% X-ray day in and out ... I am also a great fabricator built lots of oilfield equipment and dozens of boats ... And I'm a **** of a fitter so fack off already
Seriously I give up ... All that matters to me is I get top dollar in my area... I always am the first to hire out on a job and the last to get cut... I've earned my spot
in the best fab shop around at the best table and I make the most money in the shop... I'm the guy the lead fitter goes to when he has a question ... I'm the guy who gets a helper full time ..... I'm the guy who they go to to weld procedures or to make a tough weld..... Hmmmmm. Mabye that's why they call me dr. Pipe Nuff said I'm not the greatest in the world but I'm one of the top three in my area.
You missed one:
I'm the guy that unplugged the shops rod oven so I could plug my stereo in... and even though I could have plugged the oven into the stereos outlets I didn't, apparently my 24 karat arm was blinding my intelligence that day...

It's not the UNION , it's mostly governors ! They do a term in office and then
they go to camp. One of those country club jails.
As far as burning rod, once I mastered it as you have,[ in a few hours,] I moved on to the next level. Running work, estimating , and into office. I just did what many here have done and others that are working towards doing .
Pipe Designer ? What pipe have you designed there ??? Are you like Ralph Laureen, Chaps , or that Tommy Hilfinger ?
Fitter ? What's that you do, hold up a fitting to a piece of pipe? And when you nod your head do they hit it ? That would explain a lot. Those hits on head and being dropped on head at any age can cause problems, as we can see.
Do use a rule? I bet those little lines confuse you . Or, do you just say like five and four lines.
I know, you being the smartest have a rule marked indicating what each is, 1/8''1/4 , 3/8 . etc. Actually, you probably take it to bed with you to see how long you sleep. Thanks for keeping me laughing.
this is hilarious...wish i read this thread sooner

since there seems to be some dispute as to who rightfully should be crowned the best welder in the world.... we should nominate and decide by contest..
I nominate "Welding Cat"
