Hey buddy can i hook my 60 series or a 22A feeder to a invertec 350PRO???
Thx Railmen
Start by checking the available adaptor cables in section F-1 in the manual... against the Feeder's cable pinout.. [Lincoln does have adaptors with 14 pin cable that may work)]
I would be amazed if the pinouts actually matched each other.. although I am encouraged that the lincoln has pins for both 24vac and 115vac.... anybody know for sure
such a thing would be oh too logical and practical....
I guess the question should be, does the 350Pro have 24VAC to run Miller feeders.....
Railmen
The V350 Pro has 5.5 amps 24vac available at the 14pin...... the 22 feeder wants 7 amps and the 60(70) wants 10amps....
(Note:V350 Pro 24vac circuit fused for 6amps)
Miller PSA-2 power adaptor has 7-8 amps 24vac output (depending on literature version)
Miller PSA-115/24 power adaptor has 8 amps 24vac output
Miller lit says a PSA-2 is ok for an S-74 feeder...

Sure, I do it all the time, generally though I stick a single pole 24 vac relay into the Miller feeder as the lincoln is merely crosses dry contacts "C" & "D", where as the Miller is sending out a 24Vac signal off "B"
So:
Miller____ Lincoln
A _______ N
B________ goes to one coil side of the 24 Vac relay
G _______ is twinned with one side going to the other coil side of the relay
G _______with the other going to "I"
C&D go to the normally open contacts of the relay
And yes the 14 pin amphenols are the same, however the Lincoln is "Clocked" to "X", ie, the insert is rotated so that the amphenol plug lines up with the "X" on the insert
