    I just put a new throtle sylinoid and a new voltage regulator on my miller legend 200le and im getting sparks from the voltage regulator can anyone help me and tell me what might be going on?

        It makes it easier for people to totally understand the request. If a person is so lazy as to not correct grammer and punctuation on a forum where words are the only source of communication, what will they do with the information they receive? It is not my job to structure the OP's post...only to read and understand.

          He is missing one period, which caused one word to not be capatilized, and has like one missspelled word.

                Anyways getting back to the post, the voltage reg needs to be grounded to the engine. there is a strap that is supposed to ground the reg to the engine. Perhaps its missing, so you'll want to attach a wire from one of the reg screw hold down screws to a engine bolt.
