I think 1700 is a little high, since the 210 was sold for 1300 new and the spool gun came way down later on too. But, you'll never know till you try. Are your bottles owner bottles or leased? That makes a huge difference too.

these are owner bottles that were bought by me and owned by me. they go with it also. along with all consumables.

I would only give $900 for the machine, $1000 with the SG and $75 for each bottle (assuming larger bottles). You might be better off putting the spoolgun on ebay, selling the machine by itself on Crqaigslist (taking the bottles off the machine makes the machine price more attractive), and taking the bottles back to you LWS. My LWS will buy my bottles back for the current going rate anytime I want.

The Miller 3035 spool guns didn't come down that much if any and are about the same price as what i payed 12 years ago for mine. But there are non miller branded ones on ebay that are made in the same factory for a few hundred bucks cheaper...Bob

Your right. I ordered my 210 from Welding supplies at IOC for 1377.00 and the 3035 kit from Cyberweld for about 550-600 if I remember correctly. The lower priced SG was from a different vendor. But either way the 210 was discontinued in like 2006 or 2007, so the price is still a little high. Not trying to be a toot, just trying to give the guy a realistic expectation of his value. Nothing worse than wanting one price and getting offered another. I would think that even with owner bottles the rig would be worth 1300-1400 or so, but Ebay does do different stuff sometimes. And dont forget Ebay fees will cut into whatever price you get too. Sorry
