Hello, I have a trailblazer 302 and I need to hook up a spoolgun to weld aluminum. What lugs do I need to attach it to and what settings on the machine should I use?

No special lugs, just a spool 30A, a WC-24 controller, and a bottle of gas

Either the wc-24 or the wc-115 controller is all you need. Ground to ground and the gun to the wire lug on the tb302.

if i remember i think you also have to turn you switch to remote also to keep your wire from staying live

Back in 1989 or 1990, I bought my first spoolgun, hooked it up to my Trailblazer 250. I think Al Gore was still inventing the internet at the time, in any case this website didn't exist then. I just read the owner's manuals, had no problem.

I have 1 I run with a hobart gun but you have to amke sure the wc box has a
contactor in it
