  • 3035 Gun Broken - Part Number?

I found my gun laying on the floor instead of in the holder the other day. The nozzle was bent, and I am trying to see if I can buy just the part that is broken. The central metal tube that the wire goes through is bent and the insultator formed on it is broken. I was wondering if that was available seperately, and if any of you guys knew the part number.

I tried the local Praxair dealer, and the counter guy wasn't much help. I asked first if they had the part in the picture, and then I asked if they had the 195375 heavy duty nozzle kit, and I asked for a price for either or both.

His responses were, "What's that?" followed by, "I don't thinks so," and "Can you come back on Monday when the manager is here. I'm not allowed to order anything." Oh, well. That is the way counter service seems to be going these days.

Its like 20 - 25 bucks at my local Miller dealer...Bob

The 3035 pn is 186 407 Head Tube

That looks like the Spoolmate 100 gun tube not the 3035

Thanks for the help. I appreciate it. It says Spoolmate 3035 on the back of my gun. I did find the manual and parts break down in my equipment file cabinet. I also found it here on the Miller Website with a little looking.

I just found and ordered a complete nozzle assembley through an Ebay vendor a few minutes ago. I'll try the mod to adapt it to the regular tips when it arrives.
