Ok so i have posted a few times and gotten grate advice. So here is my question i have searched the aws and craigslist websites high and low and to be quiet honest i havent found jack squat when it comes to pipe. Does anyone have a suggegstion on where else i could look for a job in texas.i think an apprenticeship program would be great but im not that experienced in job searching i usually just stick with the first thing i find.please contact me either [email protected] or 661-414-2079 any time and thanks for reading

Try searching the utility company providers in the area you want. I used to weld a lot of small diameter natural gas and propane line for a local utility company in Tennessee. This particular Utility District provided its own procedure and testing. They used 6 G root, fill, and cap with a 6010 for all lines 1" - 24".
