Traliblazer 301 no exciter voltage
Took a while for me to get back on this, but the checks on RC15-2 to RC15-8 are 12 volts and on pins 1 to 8 are zero volts. The serial number is LE066615 so from what is stated below, it sounds like this is correct. Do you have any other ideas?
Thanks

So depending on your serial#, you should have say -13 VDC at RC15-1 to RC15-8 with a serial # less than LC241176 (Pos lead on RC15-1)
Above that serial #, you should get zero volts

May be as simple as a corroded R5 connector plug from the engine to the power board and front switch.. It happens....

Thanks for the reply. F1 is fine. SR2 was replaced all ready. But would this affect voltage on wires 131 to 134 going to the rings? I do not detect any voltage coming from the power board on these pins.

Trailblazer 301D - no exciter voltage
Hi-
We have a Trailblazer 301D that is not putting out any voltage for welding or AC. Voltage checks shows that there is no exciter voltage coming from the power board. The power board is getting DC voltage however and both the power board and control boards work when swapped with an identical machine. Does anyone have any idea what else I can check?
Thanks, Austin
