  • Looking for used MIG prefer Miller

I am in the market for a good used Miller MIG machine. Something around the 200amp range. I've seen some decent used units on Fleabay but thought to ask here. Maybe one of you knows someone that is selling their good condition unit, trading up or whatever. The MillerMatic 211 would be what I would buy New if I wanted to. So let me know if there is someone or a great unit you know of. I am flexible but am focusing on condition and what fits my needs at the moment. Thanks Very much for any info.

And how much do you wish to pay? That is the real question. Mine could be for sale at any time. I do like to window shop at my local Miller dealer...Bob

I'm in the same boat as the OP. Not too many people selling up it seems!
Oh well, if we wait, something will come our way.

Did you even look at the link I posted?

That's a millermatic 210. He is a bit high on the asking price even if the machine was perfect.

Its just down the road from you...

If you search a little harder, you might even find a 251 for just over a $1000 (no accessories).

I know craigslist isn't so popular up there. I also did a quick search in Calgary and of the welders out there, looks like some idiots list them under "auto parts" and another one under "business / industry".

In the rest of the world it would go under that catagory of "tools".

                    Must be a Canadian thing

No wonder we never accepted them as our 51st state <ducks>

                      LOL!
Thats interesting that they are posted under different headings. I'll have to do a wider search.

                      Thanks

                            Millermatic 200

I've got a 1986/87 Millermatic 200 that is in great shape and comes with a couple of spools of wire (one aluminum). Was used only in a home for hobby. Very well cared for. I've got it listed on the Tampa, Florida Craigslist for $950 OBO.
