RV shore cord as an extension cord?

i have a new 25', 30 amp, RV shore cord not being used. if i made up adapters for the plug ends to fit my welder and wall outlet do you think this would be OK as an extension cord??

The 30amp Shore Cord has TT-30 120v ends:

It will work with the adapters but the one time you leave on an adapter and someone uses it to plug in yer Trailer/Rv .... POOF.

also by the time you make the adapters {4 Connectors** you'll be into it for about the same cost if not more than just buying cord by the foot and getting 2 6-50 connectors.

MM211 is the machine.. it is only has a three prong plug on it and so does the RV cord... it would be used exclusivly for the welder.

If you are using it exclusively for the welder, why not replace the factory connectors with the correct connectors for the application?

I agree, skip the adapters, put the right ends on the cord.
