O.k. I'm leaning toward trying a CK now. I usually keep two torches around. I prefer around an 18 water cooled for heavier work and usually use an 17 air cooled for most every thing else. The 17's tend to get a little warm as I don't run too many amps but I do push the duty cycle pretty hard.

My trusted weapon? CK26FX in 25' length from CKWorldwide WITH their gas saver front end kitYou can opt for the TL26FX if you like a thinner handle. Both are flex-head for optimum reach most anywhere capability.

I have a CK Worldwide CK20 that I like. My friend has a Weldtec Speedway 20 that I like alot too. The Speedway is super light and flexible.

I have a diamondback 20 size WC torch, but the handle got broken so I have a radnor one on it now. I really liked the pattern on the old handle (like a diamondback rattler) I use weld craft also (which is basically miller anyway) Thought about getting a CK...

Favorite tig torch
O.k., so what is everyone's favorite brand of tig torch, either air or water cooled ? Personally I like the old Miller Diamondbacks. Thinking of giving Esab a try since D.B.'s are getting harder to find.Tags: None
