sip auto plus 180 wire feed prob

Hi,to all i am new to the site and in need
of HELP.
my problem is wire feed not working when trigger pressed.
i have bought a new gun thinking it was that it wasent the gun.
so i have taken the caseing off the relay and when i press the
relay points by hand it works.
so have tested the volts to all 4 wires to relay i have 240 volts
on 2 of the wires
and tested the 2 remaining wires with trigger pressed i have
no reading.
do i need a new relay or is there anything else i need to test
can anybody PLEASE tell me where i can download a manual
for it.
any HELP PLEASE

Do you have the control voltage? Most likeky 24 VDC. Check between the relay coil contacts and ground.
