All you guys need to know that piniongear has done EVERYTHING he can to resolve the situation.
The machine was new and didn't belong to an end user. So there is no one crying in their helmets missing their Dynasty.
It came from our whse stock or distributor stock.

The cops are not going to do anything for just one little machine.

We have to come up with a lot more evidence which we are trying to do.

After Paypal dissed him, I advised him to keep the machine until further notice. Does not pay to give it back to them and have them destroy or resell it.
IF we can gather more evidence, we will take the machine back for proof.

Until then, the machine is his and I advise we not keep this discussion up. It will eventually find it's way back to the sellers and we will end up nowhere.

        Craig........
I do know his address. I even posted that here in an earlier post. I know his email address.
The police know his address. The police know his email address as well.
There are reasons why the police cannot go to him at this time and I cannot disclose that here.

Just a note to any member out there who is following this tale of woe........
If you are sick and tired of reading this Hi-Jacked thread, please just post a short message to move it.
If enough people want, I will move it and start my own thread.
Previously I apologized to the OP for the HiJack of his thread.
I hope the end of story is near however...... pg

It's a shame this dumped on your new Dynasty. I'd eat a hole in my stomach over this.
