Consider teaching
Norm, I am sure there are a number of people in your area that would be enthusiastic about learning from someone that has been in the trade for so long. I know that I would prefer learning from someone who "has been there and done that". You have the shop, educational information is easily obtained from the major welding companies, and the students could learn even more by helping to make repairs and with fabrication! I think the local tuition is now about $490 for a 15 week course that meets for 4 hours, only once a week. If you do this, I guarantee that you will also learn from the process.
