I just bought my millermatic 211 and the clamp sucks so bad stamped right on the side china. Not happy I spend 1000 on a this and get a crap clamp, wish they would have just raised the price 30 and put a good clamp in. I email miller tonight letting them know I'm not happy about having to buy a new clamp.

That's great if they changed out to better clamps. The clamps on my Passport and MM175 sucked. I changed out the whole cable to thicker 2ga and put 200 amp clamps on them. They weld better with a good cable and clamp. Bravo to Miller for listening to customers.

The second pic above of the vice-grip style pliers appears to be a Stronghand Ground Hog, or some copy thereof. I'm guessing it's a copy if it's being sold at Harbor Freight. I have the Ground Hog on one of my stick cables and it works good.

I never had much issue with the clamps and the cable is sized for rated output at max duty cycle, anything less and it should be fine. At first I thought the HH210 looked kind of chincy but I actually like it and it works well.
