  • 350-P Help needed

I have a 350-P that I've just reinstalled due to moving. On switching the unit on everything seems normal (no fault codes) but the unit won't feed the wire (rollers are not running) Gas is coming out. When I go into Jog mode everything seems to work (rollers feed wire normally) Unit just won't feed wire. This is still under warranty but there are no dealers open this weekend near me.
Does anyone have any clues please that can lead me to diagnose this so I can get on with the project I need to do this weekend?

First I would make sure that your input voltage and the machine links are correct for your new location.
Then I would check to see if the preflow got set too high.
The last thing I would do is a system reset.
All these are found in your manual.

    Good luck.

I downloaded another manual from the Miller website (it seems I mislaid the original one I had in the move or at least it's in one of the hundred unopened boxes still!)
I did the 'system reset' as you suggested Andy and that did the trick as everything is working normally now so I'm up and running.
Still not clear what happened here though...strange!
        Thanks for the help guys......
