Older Airco Heliarc welder

I have an older Airco Heliarc welder where I just smoked a transformer. It takes in 460 volts and transforms it to 120 volts and 24 volts on the output side. Does anyone know where I can start looking for a replacement transformer? Any help would be appreciated.


It is an Airco AC/DC Heliwelder IV
300 amps
Serial number MG903036

It has a 1978 Electrical diagram on the inside of the back panel.
It was made in Montvale N.J.

Take a look at some of the older Miller Synchrowave transformers. They may be along the same lines.
