Do all dynasty 200 DX make a semi noisey buzz while just sitting there turned on and idle?? just wondering if normal.

Mine always has made a higher pitched buzzing noise as well. I've also seen a few others at other shops and on dispay at the welding shop, they all seem to do it. THe Dynasty 200 DX is my favorite machin by far, the slight buzzing is only a minor annoyance.

100% Normal, the higher the input voltage the less noise it makes, one of the miller guys just talked about this a couple weeks ago. The cause of the noise is the autoline feature.

The first time I turned mine on,it made all kinds of wierd noises,I turned to look at it,one of the meters were flashing some numbers,I thought that I was on an episode of [24].And was ready to run.
Makes noise all the time and welds great.

I like the sound it makes, a machine that does what this one does can make any noise it wants...

Mine sounds great too...until I turn the cooler on. But, I got it to work with, not listen to , and it does great job for me!
