  • SA-200 Lincoln needs a 'lil help

I posted a while back about my buddy getting an SA-200 and needed to find out the weight cause he had to get it out of a real tuff place and thanks for all the replies.
Anyhow he got it recovered and has it running pretty darn good and said it welds good too...stole it cheap BTW
It needs the cover on the end of the generator... the rounded dome thing...somebody left it off. He would also like some sort of a manual if possible.
He called me tonite and gave me some numbers...he lives out in the sticks and doesn't have the internet.

    It says

    Model : F 163
    Type: K 6090
    143253

This is what is on the front of the machine. I believe he said it doesn't have side covers either if I remember correctly. I have not seen it.
Any help would be much appreciated

Brent came over today and we downloaded what looked like the correct manual.
Weird thing about this machine is the faceplate says Lincoln Electric of Canada.

Well I thought it was pretty cool how that old machine made its way all the way down here to Missouri and it still welds and runs great for only $300 and a bunch'a work diggin it out.
So does that mean it was MADE in Canada??

                It would seem that way.
I bet the folks at Lincoln could tell you if you had the serial # and gave them a call.
Actually cruiser here on the forum might also have access to that info.

Thats a toughy as they are all 6090's pretty much, and the Canadian models never kept track of the serial#'s.

Would need a pic of the interior inside both sides and a pic of the front.
