alloy 20

[MACH4]

I've been called to weld on a "super' stainless vapor tray that is made from Alloy 20. Problem is, I have no idea what type of rod/filler that this will require.Anyone have a suggestion.

Alloy 20 or Carpenter 20 as it was called is welded with Alloy 20 rods. They have a lime green coating on them. I welded that stuff every week. The rods are not cheap either...Bob

Use E320LR-15 or 16 for stick or ER320LR for GTAW.
