the differnce between the standard and extended pieces do the extended ones last longer? i havent experimented with the differnt tips enough to find out for myself.

im still trying to figure out which ones are better the extended cutting or the standard ones? will the extended ones last longer or is it just for longer cutting times? i know with them you have to standoff, i kinda like the standard since i can just set it on the piece and drag. will one give a cleaner cut?
