These hook type deburring tools are really useful in those places.. like the inside lip of a piece of tubing... a swipe or two and you will have a clean dull edge...

There is a guy on here trying to sell 2 torches. As I told him I so new I don't know if I could use this stuff or not. Maybe you could me out.



The 30 year Miller service guy said most problems are in the torch setup some where......

With this in mind new torches would be a positive?

The 17 series torch is air cooled... probably about the same as you already have...
having spares is not a bad idea but doubt it will address your problem... that sounds like technique... and experience..

the CK FL230 is a water cooled torch... so unless you plan on buying a water cooler it will do you no good... it will burn up if run dry...
