    I work with aluminum everyday, and I agree with paint or powder coating. Because aluminum in a non-ferrous metal it oxidizes very quickly. Also if you ever have to different types of metals or alloys in direct contact with each other this effect will happen much quicker. Make sure your aluminum is clean before welding, wire brush the jeepers out of the weld zone before welding.

    Aluminum Fabrication

    Aluminum still needs treatment, just like steel, for protection from the environment. Aluminum needs to be anodized or painted/powder coated.

    I would like to know about the Aluminium fabrication..Is there rusting will take place if this fabrication done?Which is the best service provider for the fabrication in Toronto area?
