Aluminum Fabrication

Aluminum still needs treatment, just like steel, for protection from the environment. Aluminum needs to be anodized or painted/powder coated.

Aluminium fabrication is mostly used in hard shops like welding and other this type hard shops because the Aluminium fabrication is hard and strong

I work with aluminum everyday, and I agree with paint or powder coating. Because aluminum in a non-ferrous metal it oxidizes very quickly. Also if you ever have to different types of metals or alloys in direct contact with each other this effect will happen much quicker. Make sure your aluminum is clean before welding, wire brush the jeepers out of the weld zone before welding.
