Is this just bar that has been bored out?

It appears that thay have been drilled and spotfaced OR had a plug pressed inside of a short piece of tubing. Hard to tell as they are blurry and there is overspray on the face surface.Last edited by Bodybagger; 10-11-2008, 09:34 PM.

All you need is a metal lathe and some time
well thats simple enough.
seems like a tube with a plug center drilled would be the simplest / easy-est way if you don't have a lath. you could always drill the side of the tube to weld the plug in place threw the side. just get some tube and solid stock that fits tight, cut to fit.thanks for the help

My guess is that it's a washer welded inside the tubing. The reason being to prevent the bushings from distorting too much under load (which would change the drive line geometry).
